A very underrated synth is Reasons Thor. Not strictly a VST but the sounds that come out of that thing can be amazing.

I really love Predator and Albino from Rob Papen, but... one my favourite vst's strangely enough is the standard FL Studio wasp. It's very easy to manipulate and get a really nice electro sound! ;)
