I agree, this is just the start. I might have been able to blag my way out of one fine but im sure there will be extra measures taken into preventing piracy over the next 5 years. I strongly advise anyone using P2P software to switch to other methods in downloading music. I know what your thinking "ahh it'll never happen to me", same as i thought.. until that £300 fine came through my door :( Now i use search engines and direct file downloads, much safer... for now.
