    stuck with something kinda weird.
    need somebody with quite a high knowledge of logic pro 9.

    my problem is to do with, when i duplicate an instrument, then copy the last bar of the pattern that i duplicated the instrument from, then place the pattern i copied on to the duplicated instrument, and when you play it, the second part is very quiet.
    i have reset all the automation and the vst is exactly the same even with the mixers inserted effects. it is exactly the same as the first one just very quiet.

    On the original track, if you are using logic's built in compressor and you are using sidechain input via a bus, on the duplicate track, you will need to reapply the bus to the sidechain input on the compressor. Everything else will be duplicated except you have to manually set the sidechain input again.

    That could be your issue, try it out.
