Downloads are a privilege NOT a right.
To prevent users leeching the downloads and encourage members to share we require you have 10 REP credits to have access to our downloads.
You are rewarded 1 REP credit when you post a NEW file in the download section.
You are charged 1 REP credit when you reply to a thread (download a file).
