You have to kinda be into the alternative music to get it. industrial/ebm/aggrotech can sometimes sound a bit distorted. i remember when i played the song combichrist - without emotions in my set on lazy radio, the guys were telling me that it was distorted and i had my volume up to high lol.

I'd actually have to agree with both of you, because the first time I heard industrial music, I too was confused! Hah. It sort of grows on you, even as an audiophile/producer...
