I saw that. I love glitch. But I have been messing around with Stutter Edit and that thing is a beast. It is oriented more towards live Djing but still the possibilities are enormous. Havent gotten my hands on GLITCH 2...yet!
Probably not as good as some apps, but Reason 7 will have this ability. You will be able to take an audio file, save it as a REX file (in which it is sliced up) and then mess with the individual slices in the Dr. Rex player—including randomization, pitch and length stretching, etc. I'm a beta tester for Reason and I've been playing with this feature a lot lately. It's cool!

Get your sample in time with the track, then cut the wave into beat/half/quarter beat (whichever you prefer) then put one segment per track with a different effect on each one. Ok it's not as simple as adding one of the wicked glitch plugins you can get but you get something really unique :)
