Battery 3 is invaluable. Peach, a free gameboy emulator by tweakbench is one i use alot, as is the good ol arturia minimoog. Also M-Tron.

Arturia products like analog series (minimoog V, moog modular, jupier 8V, prophet V, ARP2600V)
old synths but Great VST plugins...
and don't forget NI Kontakt of course...
