Bruno Mars - Grenade (toMOOSE Remix)
-
Prefer this to the original.
I haven't listened to a single Bruno Mars original that I enjoy. Always sounds to me like he's whining. But the tempo of this track gives it more energy.
1:30 / 2:35 /3:35 Personal preference, I would like to hear a complete clean break. While the break is great the way it is right now, I feel the little decay/verb take something away from effect of the vocal.
all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us

I agree, I think this remix deserves some fatty breakdowns.

i love having reverbs and delays on vocals lol. i find it helps them merge with the music better. but i must admit this could have been better but i didnt have the pella for this so i had to just use the actual track.

I only meant the delay/verb on the vocal breaks. Meant to say it doesn't sound as clean as it could be.
But no wonder - if you just overlayed your remix on top of the original like a BOSS no wonder its not as clean. I take it back.

admitidly i could have use an automation to take the reverb & delay off the vocals for the breaks still, i guess i didnt really think about it at the time. i could use this idea for future remixes so thanks for that :D
