Can anyone help me with accurate BPMs for each part of these 2 songs?

Just tried these now and I think they are: (someone who can get definite BPMs help would be nice)

I don't actually know which name correlates to which part but I have these BPMs on my computer from a pervious mix that I kept tabs on for JOS:

P1: 143
P2: 151
P3: 175
P4: 175
P5, Outro: 195
P5 Piano: 172

Try those on for size. I'm also fairly sure the key switches from C# to G# around halfway through the song. :)
