am I allowed to share my rare instrumentals on here if I don't have permission from the record labels and producers from where I obtained my tracks? I don't want to get into trouble for copyright infringement etc what are the legal implications here?

I'm pretty sure nobody on here has permission from record labels to do anything that we do on here.. lol
In all honesty, you're probably fine, I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for leaking instrumentals.
