I think he ripped the melody from Swedish House Mafias song One!!

As Swedish House Mafia do a lot of sets with Guetta im guessing he got his inspiration from "your name". Dont think he stole/ripped it. It is a great synth though :)

Plus when many DJs are asked to make a remix they tend to use parts of other tracks or most commonly Vengeance sample packs.
