So I registered about a week ago and while looking for the rules to upload files, I noticed that I have no access to the "Help/Info" section.
When I click the tab, I get a message saying that I don't have permission to access it.

It seems strange to block access to the Help section.

Anyone know what's going on?

Just for your info,when visiting as a guest (not logged in)

All the links in the help/info section that a new member would need are accessible by clicking through all the links written in red on the forum rules page.

Can you tell me when a new user is given access to view the blocked sections?
I understand that reps are needed to download and make requests, I'm just talking about viewing certain sections and threads.

I've just credited my reps...would some lovely admin mind popping them in the system so I can do some searches and stuff please? :-)

The lovely Admin that deals with the rep will surely do this as soon as he is available to do so.
