They are not just going to give you access to their archives. You need to work in music (professionally), in order to get access.

PS: A mash-up artists, trader, or hobby remixer is not "work in music".

Working for radio, you will get a lot of cool stuff.

Firstly you need to Register, But they wont review unless you are working for a company or Radio Station. I got accepted for Universal Records and they gave me a lot of links to their private section. My job was to review songs, Clean an explicit song, Create mash-ups for Late night driving, Review music and albums and Lastly to use the Instrumentals provided for Promotion and Radio advertisements.
