Clean, fresh, nice and easy on the eyes. You just need a sexy logo now, I'll play with some ideas see if i can come up with something.
Yes a sexy logo is needed indeed. Maybe play around with the color scheme too.
Ok now ive installed a few plugins:
Chatbox (You must have noticed under the header in the forums page.)
HIDE Hack (Located in the BBcode options when you create a new thread)

Like already mentioned, ideally needs a logo which matches the theme design (as theme design is supposed to be designed around the colours and style of the logo .. but you can do it the other way round lol)
