Under discussion this week between staff was the expected consequences of the rep system being disabled. Unfortunately the expectations were accurate and leeching will not be tolerated. I have issued a 7 day ban to 3 members with rep below -10 which i think is acceptable. Lazy Records and loyal, giving members share files free-of-charge but we appreciate you giving back, sharing with the community. Anyone found leeching with below -10 reps will receive a 7 day ban.
I see a lot more members with rep way below than that. There is one guy on a leeching spree. -40 reps. I dont know if he is part of the banned list. Just letting you know.
I dont even know how many reps i have, havent downloaded or uploaded anything hahaha :D go me :D
But yeah, leeching will get out of control without the rep system fully in place, but hey, your the boss, boss :D
ill keep checking every few days for members with reps below 10
think i am safe seen as though my reps are overflowing ha :D
moderators due have permission to give a 7 day ban to members under -9 reps (assuming they are not of VIP/staff rank).
