The process for ripping is a lot more time consuming to explain than actually doing it. It involves a program called LeFluffie, you have to modify the dlc dta in order to get the Xbox to read it as individual tracks, to help with that is a tool called dta generator. You'll also need a hex tool and an unlocked tool which I can't remember what it's called right now. I have to get a job now or I'm on the streets. Sorry, best I can do with my time at the moment.
