rock band - new songs 2024

hi all!
i was hoping to find more infos about the rock band game songs. I thought the last lot was released 9 years ago and they stop releasing songs... but i saw some new ones showing up recently ... i then did a little research on google and found a list of "new songs"
im particularly curious to go through BAKER STREET...
is that coming here soon ?

I keep an eye on this google spreadsheet, I don't know who this person is or where I got this link back in the day but he/her is actively ripping stuff.
