You need 5 reps or more to access the download vault to download. You can get reps by either earning them by sharing files in the download vault that we haven't already got (use the search function). Or by purchasing them. One shared file equals 1 rep & every person to reply to that thread you get an additional rep. Everytime you reply to a thread in the download section (excluding your own) you are deducted a rep.
Ive got 5 reps n it still wont let me, a only want to request something, ive been looking for it for ages
